MINORITY EXPOSURE TO STEM
METS
Advocating for increased STEM education and literacy for underrepresented and underprivileged youth.
METS is a student-led, non-profit organization that advocates for increased STEM education and literacy for underprivileged and underrepresented youth. We work to create learning environments that encourage innovative thinking and expose young people to the endless possibilities offered in the world of science and technology. We strive to empower students from all backgrounds in their pursuits of STEM careers by working hand in hand with teachers and school administrators to amplify the traditional math and science curriculum. Through school-wide curriculum fairs, our college and career mentorship program, and more, we bring STEM to life, making it accessible to all students. Our goal is to uplift the next generation of problem solvers and innovators to ensure that every young mind can contribute to the advancements of tomorrow.
